  • Transit Time: 2 to 7 business days

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.


2. Order Processing & Handling Time

A. Handling Time (1–3 Business Days)

Handling time refers to the period between confirmed payment and when the trailer is prepared and released for shipment.

During this period, we may:

  • Confirm payment clearance
  • Verify order details
  • Conduct a pre-delivery inspection
  • Prepare required documentation
  • Coordinate transport arrangements

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after full payment has been received and successfully cleared.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


3. Payment Clearance Requirement

Shipping timelines begin only after:

  • Full payment has been received
  • Funds have cleared (for credit/debit cards or bank transfers)
  • Any required documentation has been completed

For ACH or wire transfers, processing may be delayed until confirmation of cleared funds from our financial institution.

ASV Services is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete payment information or payment processing issues.


4. Transit Time (2–7 Business Days)

Transit time refers to the estimated delivery period after the trailer has been dispatched from our facility.

Estimated delivery time is typically between 2 and 7 business days, depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Distance from our facility
  • Carrier availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Road conditions
  • Seasonal demand

While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, transit times are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.


5. Shipping Methods

Due to the size and weight of our products, trailers may be delivered using:

  • Professional third-party transport carriers
  • Flatbed transportation services
  • Tow-away delivery services
  • Other specialized freight solutions

Shipping method selection depends on trailer size, destination, and logistics availability.

We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate and efficient shipping method for each order.


6. Delivery Locations

ASV Services ships to eligible service areas within the United States, subject to carrier availability and transportation feasibility.

Customers must provide:

  • A complete and accurate delivery address
  • Contact information for scheduling
  • Access details for delivery location

Delivery locations must be accessible to large transport vehicles. If the location is not accessible, alternative arrangements may be required.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Remote or rural delivery areas
  • Restricted access locations
  • Expedited delivery requests
  • Re-delivery due to failed delivery attempts

7. Delivery Coordination

Before delivery, customers may be contacted by:

  • Our team
  • The assigned carrier
  • A delivery coordinator

Customers are responsible for:

  • Being available to receive the trailer
  • Inspecting the trailer upon delivery
  • Signing any required delivery documentation

If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, additional fees may apply for rescheduling.


8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the trailer immediately upon delivery or pickup.

Inspection should include:

  • Structural condition
  • Tires and wheels
  • Lighting and electrical components
  • Hitch and coupling system
  • Visible damage

If any shipping-related damage is observed:

  1. Note the issue on the delivery documentation.
  2. Take photographs of the damage.
  3. Notify ASV Services within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may limit our ability to assist in claims.


9. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet stated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Traffic disruptions
  • Carrier scheduling issues
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Mechanical issues during transport

ASV Services is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our reasonable control.

Customers assume full responsibility for safe transport once the trailer leaves our facility.


12. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer:

  • Upon signed delivery confirmation
  • Upon customer pickup from our facility

Once delivery is completed, the trailer becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.


13. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

ASV Services is not responsible for delays or additional fees resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete contact details
  • Failure to respond to delivery coordination attempts

Additional fees may apply for address corrections or re-routing shipments.


14. Policy Modifications

ASV Services reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued purchases after updates are published constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
