2. Condition Requirements
Returned trailers must be in the same condition as when sold. To qualify as “new and unused,” the trailer must:

Trailers that have been registered, titled, modified, used for hauling, or damaged after delivery will not qualify as “new and unused.”
3. Original Packaging Requirement
Where applicable, trailers or included components must be returned in their original packaging. This includes:

Safety materials
Failure to return original packaging or included materials may affect refund eligibility or result in a restocking fee.
4. Return Authorization Process
All returns must be authorized in advance.

6. Refund Processing Timeline
Once the returned trailer has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.
7. Restocking Fees
Items returned after 30 days or without proper authorization may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, depending on the condition of the trailer.
Restocking fees may apply in the following situations:

Unauthorized returns

Missing original packaging

Minor signs of use or wear

Administrative processing costs
The specific restocking fee percentage will be determined based on the condition of the returned trailer and associated handling requirements.
Restocking fees, when applicable, will be deducted from the total refund amount.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Special-order or customized trailers are built or configured to customer specifications and are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Title and Registration Considerations
If a trailer has been titled or registered after purchase, additional documentation and administrative procedures may be required before a return can be processed.
Customers are responsible for any fees associated with reversing title or registration where applicable.
ALABAMA SPORT VEHICLES reserves the right to decline returns involving completed registration transfers if they conflict with state regulations.
10. Payment Method Refund Details
Credit or Debit Card Purchases
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original card used for purchase. Processing time may vary depending on the card issuer.
Bank Transfers (Wire or ACH)
Refunds will be issued to the originating bank account. Customers must provide accurate banking details if required. Bank processing times may vary.

11. Shipping and Transportation Costs
If delivery was arranged by ALABAMA SPORT VEHICLES, original delivery fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Returned trailers must be safely transported to our designated return location.
12. Damaged or Defective Products
If a trailer is believed to be defective at the time of delivery, customers must notify ALABAMA SPORT VEHICLES within 48 hours.
In such cases, the trailer may be inspected to determine whether the issue is due to manufacturing defects or damage incurred after delivery.
Resolution may include repair, replacement of components, or other corrective measures as deemed appropriate.
