Welcome to ASV Services. This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments for the purchase of heavy trailers and utility trailers from our dealership. By purchasing from ASV Services, you agree to the terms set forth below.

ASV Services has been operational since 2024 and is located in Alabaster, Alabama. We are committed to providing a professional, transparent, and secure payment process for all customers.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

ASV Services currently accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Bank Transfers (Wire Transfer and ACH)

We do not accept personal checks unless otherwise approved in writing. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).


2. Credit and Debit Card Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards for trailer purchases, deposits, and applicable fees.

A. Authorization

By providing your credit or debit card information, you authorize ASV Services to charge the total agreed purchase amount, including any applicable taxes, title fees, documentation fees, delivery charges, or other agreed costs.

All card transactions are processed through secure payment processing systems designed to protect customer data.

B. Card Verification

We reserve the right to request additional identification or verification before processing a card payment, particularly for large transactions. This may include:

  • Government-issued identification
  • Billing address verification
  • Signed authorization forms

C. Transaction Limits

Certain credit card providers may impose daily transaction limits. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their card can accommodate the total purchase amount.

D. Processing Fees

ASV Services reserves the right to apply a processing fee for credit or debit card transactions where permitted by law. Any applicable fee will be disclosed prior to completing the transaction.


3. Bank Transfers (Wire and ACH)

For customers preferring direct bank-to-bank transfers, we accept:

  • Wire Transfers
  • ACH (Automated Clearing House) Transfers

A. Payment Instructions

Bank transfer instructions will be provided directly by ASV Services upon request. Customers are responsible for ensuring all transfer details are entered accurately.

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect banking information submitted by the customer.

B. Payment Confirmation

All bank transfers must be fully cleared and confirmed by our financial institution before trailer release or title transfer.

C. Transfer Fees

Customers are responsible for any bank-imposed wire or ACH fees. ASV Services must receive the full agreed purchase amount after any such fees.


4. Deposits

In certain situations, a deposit may be required to:

  • Hold a trailer
  • Secure a special order
  • Begin processing paperwork
  • Remove a unit from active inventory

A. Deposit Amount

Deposit amounts may vary depending on the trailer type and total purchase price. The required deposit will be communicated prior to acceptance.

B. Refundability

Deposits may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the circumstances, including:

  • Special-order trailers
  • Custom configurations
  • Reserved inventory

The refund status of a deposit will be clearly communicated in writing at the time of payment.


5. Payment Timing and Trailer Release

Full payment must be received and cleared before:

  • Trailer delivery
  • Trailer pickup
  • Transfer of title
  • Release of ownership documentation

No trailer will be released until funds have been verified and processed.

For bank transfers, clearance time may vary depending on financial institutions. Customers are encouraged to initiate transfers early to avoid delays.


6. Taxes and Fees

All applicable taxes, registration fees, title fees, documentation fees, and other required charges will be calculated and disclosed prior to finalizing the transaction.

Customers are responsible for:

  • State and local sales tax
  • Registration costs
  • Title transfer fees
  • Any required inspection or compliance fees

ASV Services complies with Alabama state regulations regarding the collection and remittance of applicable taxes.


7. Pricing Accuracy

We strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur.

ASV Services reserves the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel transactions due to pricing inaccuracies
  • Update pricing without prior notice

In the event of a pricing discrepancy, customers will be notified before any payment is processed.


8. Financing Payments

For customers utilizing third-party financing:

  • Down payments must be made using an accepted payment method
  • Financing approval must be finalized before trailer release
  • All required documentation must be completed

ASV Services is not a direct lender and does not control financing approval decisions or lender terms.

Customers are responsible for making payments directly to their financing provider according to the agreed loan terms.


9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

ASV Services takes payment disputes seriously.

A. Unauthorized Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting ASV Services to resolve the matter.

B. Documentation

We maintain documentation of all signed purchase agreements, invoices, and payment authorizations. These records may be used to respond to unauthorized disputes or chargebacks.

C. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or request additional verification if fraudulent activity is suspected.


10. Returned or Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, reversed, or fails for any reason:

  • The transaction will be considered incomplete
  • The trailer will not be released
  • Additional fees may apply

Customers are responsible for resolving payment issues promptly.


11. Payment Security

ASV Services uses commercially reasonable security measures to protect financial information.

We do not store full credit card details on our internal systems unless necessary and permitted by applicable regulations. Payment processing is conducted through secure third-party systems.

While we implement safeguards, customers acknowledge that no payment transmission system is entirely risk-free.


12. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the stage of the transaction.

A. Before Final Payment

If a customer cancels before final payment and before paperwork processing, refund eligibility will depend on the deposit terms agreed upon.

B. After Payment and Transfer

Once full payment has been processed and ownership documents have been executed, refunds are generally not available except as required by law.

All refund determinations are made at the discretion of ASV Services in accordance with applicable regulations.


13. Compliance with Laws

ASV Services complies with applicable federal and state laws governing payment processing, taxation, and consumer transactions.

Customers agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting payment details.


14. Modifications to This Policy

ASV Services reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued transactions after changes are posted constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
